Crab Spread

Ingredients:
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup chives
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 can (6 ounces) flaked crab meat drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup cocktail or chili sauce
- Dash Tabasco
- Assorted crackers and cocktail breads
- Celery sticks
- Cucumber or zucchini slices
- 1/4 cup almonds sliced
- paprika
Makes:
Spread serves 2 cups.
Instructions:
Step 1
In large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream with electric mixer until smooth.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill.
Step 3
Fill Dessert Decorator with spread.
Step 4
Attach tip; pipe spread onto assorted crackers, breads, celery sticks, cucumber or zucchini slices.
Step 5
Top with almond slice and sprinkle of paprika.
