Step 1

Mold cordial cups using Candy Shells method; refrigerate until firm and unmold.

Step 2

Mold candy letters using piping method, filling first level only. Chill until firm.

Step 3

Prepare mousse and fill cups with tip 32 swirl; chill until serving. Position letter.
