Step 1

Prepare Icing
We suggest that you tint all icings at one time while cake cools. Refrigerate tinted icings in covered containers until ready to use.

Prepare whipped icing mix following package directions:
Tint 1 1/4 cups Leaf Green/Lemon Yellow combination.

Step 2

Prepare gelatin following package directions. Prepare pan by lightly spraying with vegetable cooking spray. Pour gelatin mixture into prepared pan. Chill and unmold following package directions. Place on foil-wrapped board.

Step 3

Decorate in Order

Use tip 4 and white whipped icing to pipe swirls on main hat area.

Step 4

Ice pompom and hat brim fluffy with Leaf Green/Lemon Yellow combination whipped icing.

Step 5

Sprinkle main hat area with confetti sprinkles from Flowerful Medley Sprinkle Decorations.

Step 6

We recommend hand washing pan in hot, soapy water.
