Here’s a memorable mold that people will ask you to bring again and again. Pipe icing foliage and coconuts on a yellow-gelatin tree formed in a Palm Tree Pan. Deeelish!

Instructions:

Step 1

Prepare Icing
We suggest that you tint all icings at one time while cake cools. Refrigerate tinted icings in covered containers until ready to use.

Make Vanilla Whipped Icing Mix
Tint 2 cups green
Tint 1/4 cup brown

Step 2

Decorate in Order

Spray pan with cooking spray and mold with 5 packages of lemon gelatin; refrigerate to set.

Step 3

Unmold gelatin on to cake board.

Step 4

Use tip 12 and green whipped icing to pipe-in leaves on gelatin; smooth and score lines on leaves with spatula.

Step 5

Use tip 12 and brown whipped icing to pipe-in coconuts; smooth with spatula.

Step 6

We recommend hand washing pan in hot, soapy water.
