Instructions:

Step 1

Prepare and roll out dough. Cut cookies using third largest circle from set. Bake and cool.

Step 2

Tint buttercream icing copper for light skin tone. Combine chocolate buttercream and white buttercream for dark skin tone. Ice cookies smooth with buttercream.

Step 3

For sunglasses, use border punch with Waves Border Cutting Insert to cut wave from Red and Bright Blue Sugar Sheets! Trim, brush the back side (shiny side) with piping gel and attach to cookies. Punch wave out of Black Sugar Sheets! Trim lenses using scissors. Attach to sunglasses with piping gel. For mouths, use scissors to cut 3/4 in. long shape out of Black Sugar Sheets! Attach to cookies with piping gel. Using tip 10 and buttercream, pipe dot noses. Pat down with finger dipped in cornstarch. For each dude, cut 6 tufts of hair, 1 in. long x 1/4 in. wide. Attach to cookie with piping gel.
