Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cupcakes in Standard Muffin Pan on Cooling Grid.
Step 2
Ice cupcakes smooth with spatula in vertical stripes to create a faceted look.
Step 3
Using white buttercream icing, pipe Round Decorating Tip 3 swirls on top of Candy Melts and position on cupcakes for wheels.
Step 4
Position gumball on top of carriage and heart candies for windows. Using white buttercream icing, pipe Round Decorating Tip 3 beads above windows.
