Colorful Cooler Mousse

Wilton pans can be used to shape more than just cakes and cookies! Here we’ve used a holiday snowflake silicone mold to make luscious individual mousse desserts.


Difficulty: Easy


Step 1

Prepare mousse recipe and divide in 3rds. Lightly spray mold cavities with pan spray; wipe out excess. Fill molds 1/3 deep with one portion of white mousse.

Step 2

Tint 2nd portion of mousse rose; fill molds 1/3 deep. Tint last portion of mousse green; fill molds to top and refrigerate overnight. Unmold.
