Instructions:
Step 1
Cut tulle into flower petal shape.
Step 2
Tint tips of petals, glass and ice to match your palette (see dyeing technique).
Step 3
Place Jordan Almonds in center of tulle circle, gather and tie with favor band, and place in glass.
Step 4
Use Sparkling Ice as accents around each favor.
