Instructions:
Step 1
Ice cake sides smooth. Use toothpick to mark straight lines on star points where arms, legs and hat will be.
Step 2
Pipe-in tip 10 mouth (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Pipe tip 10 ball nose, tip 3 dot eyes and tip 3 smile line.
Step 3
Imprint large opening of any tip in cake top as a guide for dots on clown?s suit.
Step 4
Cover hat, arms, legs, face, spots and suit with tip 16 stars.
Step 5
Add tip 16 zigzag trim to hat, arms, legs.
Step 6
Pipe tip 16 rosette hair, pom-poms on hat and buttons on suit
Step 7
Pipe tip 16 rosette bottom border.
