Pipe-in tip 10 mouth (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Pipe tip 10 ball nose, tip 3 dot eyes and tip 3 smile line.
Imprint large opening of any tip in cake top as a guide for dots on clown?s suit.
Cover hat, arms, legs, face, spots and suit with tip 16 stars.
Add tip 16 zigzag trim to hat, arms, legs.
