Instructions:
Step 1
One day in advance: Make 2 fondant stars for each cupcake.
Step 2
Roll out fondant and cut using medium Cut-Out.
Step 3
Brush lightly with water; cover with Cake Sparkles. Let dry.
Step 4
Ice cupcake top and sides.
Step 5
Cover with large tip 1A swirls in alternating directions.
Step 6
Position angel and stars.
