Instructions:

Step 1

Make candy plaques, filling pan cavities 3/8 in. deep.

Step 2

Refrigerate to set; unmold.

Step 3

Tint portion of white candy blue; pipe candy message using cut parchment bag.

Step 4

Attach icing decoration with melted candy.
