3 1/2 cups milk divided
2/3 cup granulated sugar
5 egg yolks
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Gelatin serves about 6 cups.
In large saucepan, combine milk, sugar, egg yolks and cinnamon using wire whip.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; pour into medium bowl.
Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Pour into ice cream maker and follow directions for freezing.
