Top off cups of coffee or hot chocolate with a generous swirl of Chocolate Peppermint Cream. Often seen après ski, it’s equally at home at holiday luncheons and dinners.

Instructions:

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, except whipping cream and peppermint candy, together thoroughly in a small bowl until well blended.

Step 2

Lightly stir in whipping cream.

Step 3

Pour no more than 2 cups of complete recipe into Dessert Whipper Pro™. Use Dessert Whipper Pro™ as instructed.

Step 4

Serve on coffee or hot chocolate.

Step 5

Top with crushed peppermints.

Step 6

Recipe may be doubled.
