Chocolate-Dipped "Strawberries" Mini Cake

Heart-shaped mini cakes go undercover as larger-than-life strawberries. Each 2-1/2 in. treat is coated and decorated with melted candy.

Instructions:

Step 1

Bake cakes in silicone mold supported on cookie sheet. Cool and unmold.

Step 2

Position cakes on cooling grid placed on waxed-paper-lined cookie sheet.

Step 3

Cover cakes with melted red candy; let set.

Step 4

Use melted light cocoa candy in cut disposable bag to cover bottom portion of cake on a diagonal.

Step 5

Use melted yellow candy in cut disposable decorating bag to pipe seeds.

Step 6

Cut green spice drops leaf shapes and attach to cake top with dots of melted candy.
