Stick it to 'em with Cheesecake Pops! Each tasty treat is rolled in graham crackers and positioned on a lollipop stick to make a unique presentation for your dessert table or buffet.

Ingredients:

1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese , softened
1 pkg White Candy Melts® Candy , melted and cooled
Easy-Add White Candy Melts® Candy Add to shopping list White Candy Melts® Candy
Coarse graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:

Step 1

In large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Gradually beat in cooled melted candy; mix well. Pour into 9-inch square baking pan. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight until firm.

Step 2

Scoop out chilled mixture and roll into 1-inch balls; roll in graham cracker crumbs to coat. Insert lollipop sticks. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
