Cilantro-Lime Butter Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Chipotle-Chili Butter Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Basil-Garlic Butter Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Combine softened butter with desired ingredients as listed above; mix well. Press into candy molds; refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes or until hardened. Pop butters out of molds onto serving plate. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

YIELD: Makes about 20 butter pats.
