Step 1
Use largest round Cut-Out to cut 30 cookies; bake and cool.
Step 2
Tint 1/3 pk. candy each red, green, and blue; 1/2 pk. black; reserve 1/2 pk. white.
Step 3
Cover 6 cookies in each color with melted candy, let set.
Step 4
Pipe designs on cookies using melted white or black candy in cut parchment bag; let set.
