Carousel Cake

The merriest centerpiece a party could have! To make it seem even more real, put it on a cake plate glued to Wilton’s Musical Base (that plays “Happy Birthday”) and the merry-go-round will go ‘round!

Frost a two-layer 10” round cake and push in Wilton’s Carousel Cake Top. Pipe frosting balloons on awning top and bottom border of cake with tip #10 and use same tip to do zigzag border at top. Do criss-cross zigzag side details with #16 tip and write names on the flags at top with tip #2. Finish with Clown heads.
