Candy Cane Mini Cakes
Cookie Icing makes these mini cake treats easy to decorate. Simply heat icing and squeeze to apply!

Each mini cake serves 1.
Bake firm batter cake (such as pound cake) 1 in. high in sheet pan. Use candy cane cutter to cut cake. Place cake on cooling grid positioned over cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Cover cake with white cooking icing; let set for 15 to 20 minutes.
Use red cookie icing to pipe stripes on candy cane cake; let set.
