Ice cupcakes smooth. For zebra cupcake, pipe tip 3 lines from center to edge. Pipe tip 3 outline circle for lion cupcake and tip 3 dots for tiger cupcake. Pipe tip 21 rosette center for all. Insert picks in rosette.
