Prepare brownie recipe. Bake and cool in Sheet Pan. Cut shapes using graduation cap cutter from set. Ice tops smooth in Brownie Fudge Icing.
Using FoodWriter and cutter held upside down, trace graduation cap shape on back of Blue or Red Sugar Sheets!. Cut out shape with craft knife; trim off tassel from shape. Position on brownie.
Trace and cut an additional mortarboard-only section. Ice bottom with a thick layer of fudge icing and attach to brownie.
Using craft knife and Yellow Sugar Sheets!, cut a 1/8 x1 1/2 in. long strip for cord; brush back with Piping Gel and attach.
For tassels, cut 3 triangles 1/2 in. wide at base and 1 in. high. Cut slits for fringe 1 in. deep with craft knife. Attach to cord with Piping Gel.
Using narrow end of tip 8, cut button shape in cap color. Attach with Piping Gel.
