Step 1
Combine Red-Red with Christmas Red for red shown. Bake and cool gingerbread cakes.
Step 2
Tint portions of Decorator Icing green and red. Using tip 3, pipe in vest, pants, shirts and shoes in green, red and white. Pipe tip 3 outline scarf and hat in green. Pipe tip 1 dot eyes, nose and outline mouth and swirl or pull-out hair in white. Using tip 2, pipe clothing details: pipe in bow tie with dot knot, outline suspenders and collar, zigzag cuffs and hem, dot buttons in red and green.
