Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Make cookies. Prepare and roll out dough. Cut rounds using largest circle cutter from 101 Cutter Set; cut bears using cutter from Baby Set. Bake and cool cookies.
Step 2
Also: Tint color flow and reserve a small amount of each color for details. Outline all cookies with tip 3 and full-strength color flow; flow in with thinned icing and let dry.with Juniper Green for green shown.Step 3
Decorate bears with full-strength color flow. Pipe tip 8 pull-out dot muzzle, tip 2 dot eyes and nose, tip 1 outline mouth. Pipe tip 3 outline and fill-in bow tie (pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Attach bears to round cookies with icing dots. Pipe tip 3 dots using reserved full-strength color flow.
*Combine Brown with Red-Red for brown shown. Combine Leaf Green
