Instructions:
Step 1
Bake cupcakes in White Standard Baking Cups and cool completely on Cooling Grid.
Step 2
Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe. Cover top with tip 1M swirl.
Step 3
Spray with Blue Color Mist™ Food Spray then sprinkle with Blue Colored Sugar.
