Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cupcakes in baking cups.
Step 2
Ice smooth with spatula.
Step 3
For each cupcake, on flower nail, pipe a tip 104 rose with tip 12 base.
Step 4
Position rose on cupcake using flower lifter.
Step 5
Add tip 352 leaves.
Step 6
Position cupcakes on stand.
