Instructions:
Step 1
Use spatula to ice tops of cupcakes smooth. Use tip 3 and white icing to pipe dot borders. Use tip 104 to make Ribbon Rose for each cupcake in pink, yellow, violet or peach. Position Ribbon Rose on cupcake. Use tip 352 and green icing to pipe stand-up leaves.
