This jolly Blizzard Buddy is a welcome party guest. His body has a cookie base; his head is molded candy. Together they make one fun, and tasty, combination.

Instructions:

Step 1

Roll out dough. Cut cookies using 2nd smallest cutter; trim off 1/8 in. around head. Bake and cool.

Step 2

Position cookies on cooling grid over cookie sheet. Cover cookies in melted white candy; let set.

Step 3

Using melted white, orange, violet, green and red candy and painting method from mold label, mold snowman without lollipop stick. Refrigerate until firm and unmold.

Step 4

Using melted violet candy in cut parchment bag, outline and pipe in vest; let set.

Step 5

Using melted green candy in cut parchment bag, decorate vest with dots; let set.

Step 6

Using melted light cocoa candy in cut parchment bag, decorate dot eyes and mouth on snowman.

Step 7

Attach snowman to cookie with melted candy; let set.
