Instructions:
Step 1
Ice surface smooth with spatula.
Step 2
Add round tip 3 candles, using 5 lines for each candle.
Step 3
Add round tip 3 lines and dots for accents and wicks.
Step 4
Add star tip 18 pull out stars for flames.
