Instructions:
Step 1
Melt candy. Tint portions of candy black. Cover bear in white candy. Chill until set.
Step 2
Using light cocoa candy, pipe inside ears. Using black candy, add dot eyes and nose and outline mouth. Chill until set.
Step 3
Flatten a spice drop and cut into bow shape. Attach with melted candy. Shape a hat using a spice drop and attach to top of head. Pipe pull out dots on hat.
