Instructions:
Step 1
Mold candy plaque bases 3/8 in. deep in Mini Loaf Pan.
Step 2
For tents, place largest cutter from Nesting House Cutter Set on Non-Stick Cookie Sheet and fill 1/4 in. deep with melted white candy; let set.
Step 3
Pipe details and name with melted candy in cut bag; let set.
Step 4
Cut flags from construction paper and tape to 4 in. Lollipop Sticks. Attach flag to tent and tent to base with melted candy. Position Circus Animal Toppers.
