Bewitching Beauty Mini Cake

This Bewitching Beauty is sure to please your sweet tooth. Individual mini pumpkin cakes are iced and decorated, then dressed for the season with a candy-coated corn snack hat.

Bake and cool pumpkin cake. Place cake on cooling rack positioned over cookie sheet. Cover with thinned buttercream.

Pipe tip 5 eyes and nose.
 
Pipe tip 3 pupils and mouth.

Pipe tip 5 dot cheeks and tip 14 pull-out hair.

For hat: Use melted candy in cut bag to pipe 2 3/4 in. circle on waxed paper; chill in refrigerator.

Coat cone-shaped corn snack with melted candy; let set on drinking straw inserted in craft block; repeat process for second coating of candy.
 
After candy pieces are chilled, attach top of hat to bottom.
 
Pipe tip 5 zigzag band around hat with buttercream icing.

Pipe tip buckle on hat. Attach hat to cake with icing.
