Cut cookie from Grandma's Gingerbread recipe; bake and cool. Use white cookie icing to decorate facial features, zigzags on wrists and ankles (sprinkle with white nonpareils). Decorate bow tie with red cookie icing and sprinkle with red sugars. Attach green confetti buttons.
