Cake serves 12.
Roll out dough and cut at least 12 cookies each using large and medium flower Cut-Outs. Bake and cool.
Outline cookies with tip 3; flow in with thinned royal icing in cut bag. Let dry.
Tint a portion of fondant green and roll out 1/8 in. thick. Cut at least 24 leaves using medium Cut-Out; let dry on flower formers dusted with corn starch.
For stems, tint a little vanilla with green icing color and brush on lollipop sticks; let dry.
Attach cookies and leaves to sticks with melted candy; if desired, sticks can be bent slightly to vary the look of the flowers.
Lightly ice loaf cake smooth. Cover sides with basketweave, using tips 10 and 8. Pipe tip 10 rope top and bottom borders.
Insert flowers in cake top, cutting sticks as needed to vary heights. Spread cookie crumbs on cake top to resemble dirt.
*Note: Combine Lemon Yellow with a little Golden Yellow for yellow shade shown; combine Violet with a little Rose for violet shade shown; combine Brown with a little Red-Red for brown shade shown.
