Step 1

Using a cut disposable bag and white melted candy, pipe highlights directly into pan cavities. Refrigerate until firm. Melt remaining candy colors and mold balloons, filling the pan cavities completely. Position sticks, pipe more candy onto stick to resemble balloon "neck". Refrigerate until firm.
