Instructions:
Step 1
Bake cupcakes in White Standard Baking Cups. Cool completely on Cooling Grid.
Step 2
Prepare Buttercream Icing Recipe. Using white buttercream, ice cupcakes tops smooth with Spatula. Tint remaining buttercream icing red, blue, yellow or other favorite colors.
Step 3
With tinted butterecream icing in Disposable Decorating Bags fitted with Round Decorating Tip 8, pipe dot balloons.
Step 4
With tinted buttercream icing in Disposable Decorating Bags fitted with Round Decorating Tip 2, pipe outline strings in matching colors.
