Friends and family are sure to burst with excitement when they see cookie lollipops in colorful balloon designs. And, using Sugar Sheets! and tools, they’re easier to make than blowing up real balloons.

Step 1

Prepare and roll out dough. Cut cookies using smallest cutter from set. Bake and cool. Ice smooth with buttercream.

Step 2

Attach cookie to stick with melted candy. Refrigerate until firm.

Step 3

Using punch with Large Circle Cutting Insert, cut circles from red and bright blue Sugar Sheets! Attach to cookies using piping gel.

Step 4

Using Rotary Cutter, cut 3/8 in. x 1/4 in. triangular-shaped knots from the Sugar Sheets! colors. Attach to balloons with piping gel.

Step 5

Using Rotary Cutter, cut 3/8 in. x 1/8 in. highlights from white Sugar Sheets! Attach to balloons with piping gel.
