Instructions:
Step 1
Cut, bake and cool baby carriage cookies.
Step 2
Using full strength color flow icing, outline cookie using tip 3. Thin a portion of color flow icing and flow in cookie. Let dry for 2-3 hours before further decorating.
Step 3
Using full strength color flow and tip 2, pipe decorative outlines, dots and swirls on carriage.
