Celebrate the arrival of spring with Baby Blossom Cakes. These individual cakes are brushed with apricot glaze before being covered with Quick-Pour Fondant. A fresh treat for a fresh season.

Instructions:

Step 1

Bake and cool 1 in. high cake in 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 in. Jelly Roll Pan.

Step 2

Cut flowers using largest Flower Cut-Out™.

Step 3

Brush cakes with Apricot Glaze and cover in various colors of Quick-Pour Fondant Icing; let set.

Step 4

In buttercream, pipe tip 3 outline petals with dot centers.
