Bake and cool 1 in. high cake in 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 in. Jelly Roll Pan.
Cut flowers using largest Flower Cut-Out™.
Brush cakes with Apricot Glaze and cover in various colors of Quick-Pour Fondant Icing; let set.
In buttercream, pipe tip 3 outline petals with dot centers.
