Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cupcakes. Ice smooth with white buttercream.
Step 2
For each cupcake, use punch with Layered Circles Cutting Insert Set to cut one large and three small circles out of Light Blue and Light Pink Sugar Sheets! Brush back side (shiny side) of large circle with piping gel and attach to top of cupcake for head. Attach one small circle for muzzle with piping gel. Using FoodWriter marker, draw facial features. For ears, tuck edge of two small circles behind head.
