Apple Spice Mini Cupcakes

Celebrate autumn with Apple Spice Minis. A great alternative to regular cupcakes, these apple spice mini muffins are topped with cream cheese icing and spice drop apples.

  • Cream Cheese Icing
  • Favorite apple spice muffin recipe
  • Large Red Spice Drops
  • Large Green Spice Drops
  • granulated sugar

Makes: Each cupcake serves 1.

Step 1

Bake cupcakes and cool completely on Cooling Grid.

Step 2

Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe. Ice cupcakes smooth with a Spatula using buttercream icing.

Step 3

To make apple press down in center of red spice drops or roll out on a surface sprinkled with granulated sugar.

Step 4

To make leaf roll green spice drop flat on a surface sprinkled with granulated sugar. Cut leaf shape out with a knife and insert on top of apple.

Step 5

Position spice drop apple on cupcakes.
