Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Mold candy eyeballs. Use Piping Method; filling front of eyeball mold halfway.
Also: Make cookies. Prepare and roll out dough. Cut heads using skull cutter from set. Bake and cool. Outline mouth with tip 3 and full-strength icing; flow in with thinned icing.
Step 2
Outline head with tip 3 and full-strength icing; flow in with thinned icing. Let dry overnight.
Step 3
Set cookies on waxed paper-covered board to decorate. Attach candy eye with icing dots. Pipe tip 9 pull-out ears and 3-part dot nose (pat smooth) with smaller dot wart. Pipe tip 4 outline eyebrow. Pipe tip 47 teeth (smooth side up). Pipe tip 6 pull-out hair. Let dry.
