Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cupcakes.
Step 2
Use second smallest heart cutter from set to cut cookie. Sprinkle cookie with red sugars from sprinkle assortment; bake and cool.
Step 3
Ice cupcake smooth with buttercream icing.
Step 4
Attach arrow picks to back of cookie with buttercream icing.
Step 5
Place cupcake in wrap and position cookie with pick on top.
