Step 1

Outline heart portion of cookie using tip 2 and full strength color flow icing in red; let dry. Outline arrow portion of cookie using tip 2 and full strength color flow icing in white; let dry. Flow in icing for heart and arrow using a cut parchment bag and thinned icing. Let dry. Using tip 3 and white icing, write message swirls.

Step 3

Love Lines

Using buttercream icing and tip 3 for red, and tip 2 for rose and white, pipe alternating color lines on cookie. Let dry.

Step 4

Have A Little Heart

Outline small heart cookie using tip 2 and full strength color flow icing in rose; let dry. Flow in center of heart using a cut parchment bag and thinned red icing; let dry.

Step 5

Crinkle Cut Heart

Outline scalloped edges of heart cookie using tip 2 and full strength color flow icing in white; let dry. Flow in center of heart using a cut parchment bag and thinned white icing; let dry. Using tip 2 and full-strength color flow icing pipe dots on cookie in rose.
