Flow in icing for heart and arrow using a cut parchment bag and thinned icing. Let dry. Using tip 3 and white icing, write message swirls.

Using buttercream icing and tip 3 for red, and tip 2 for rose and white, pipe alternating color lines on cookie. Let dry.
