Prepare and roll out dough. Cut cookies using gift cutter from set. Bake and cool. Ice smooth with buttercream.
Using black FoodWriter and gift cutter as a guide, trace shape on back side (shiny side) of Red Swirls Sugar Sheets! Using scissors, cut out shape. Brush the back with piping gel and attach to cookies. Repeat for other cookies using Blue Dots Sugar Sheets!
For ribbon, use Rotary Cutter to cut one strip, 2 1/4 long x 1/4 in. wide, from Red Sugar Sheets! Attach to red swirl cookies using piping gel. Trim as needed. Cut a strip, 1 1/4 long x 1/4 in. wide, and another strip, 2 1/4 long x 1/4 in. wide, from Bright Blue Sugar Sheets! Attach to blue dots cookies diagonally using piping gel. Trim as needed.
To make thin bows, use Rotary Cutter to cut two strips, 3 long x 3/4 in. wide, and a strip, 1 long x 1/4 in. wide, from Red Sugar Sheets! Make loops with the longer strips. Wrap the shorter strip around loops to make a knot. Attach to red swirl cookies with piping gel. Repeat with Bright Blue Sugar Sheets! for blue dots cookies.
