Ice cake background and window area smooth.
Cover truck with tip 16 stars.
Pipe tip 6 string ladder and hose, add pull-out nozzle.
Pipe tip 4 circle wheels with
tip 2 dot hubcaps (flatten and smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Add tip 10 string running board.
Position candy disc in window, pipe tip 2 hat, add tip 1 dot and string facial features.
