Instructions:
Step 1
Ice cake background and window area smooth.
Step 2
Cover truck with tip 16 stars.
Step 3
Pipe tip 6 string ladder and hose, add pull-out nozzle.
Step 4
Pipe tip 4 circle wheels with tip 2 dot hubcaps (flatten and smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Step 5
Add tip 10 string running board.

Position candy disc in window, pipe tip 2 hat, add tip 1 dot and string facial features.
