- 6 x 3 inch deep round glass bowl

Instructions:
Step 1
Make cookies in advance: Tint one fourth of cookie dough copper and cut out 3 cupids using gingerbread boy cutter. Using remaining dough and cutters, cut one of largest heart and three of second smallest hearts. Bake and cool.
Step 2
Pour Color Flow icing over smaller hearts and let dry. Decorate Cupids with tip 2 dot and string facial features and hair, tip 5 diapers, tip 5 bows and arrowheads, tip 2 strings and arrows. Add tip 352 pull-out wings. Outline large heart with Color Flow icing and tip 3, then thin down icing and flow in each section. Let dry overnight, then pipe tip 2 message. When completely dry, attach lollipop sticks to backs of cookies using full-strength Color Flow icing.
Step 3
Cover craft block with Fanci-Foil Wrap; position in bowl, securing with Color Flow icing. Trim ends of lollipop sticks to various heights and insert lollipop sticks into block to arrange cookies. Add candy-coated chocolate dots to bowl. Curl ribbon and arrange on top.
