In advance, prepare Creamy Gelatin recipe, fill heart cavities; refrigerate overnight.
Carefully unmold onto serving plate and cover center heart with red sugar.
Pipe scallops of raspberry sauce or jam (heat if necessary) around gelatin using cut parchment triangle.
