Prepare cookie dough. Press into Cookie Treat Pan; insert Cookie Sticks. Bake and cool treats.
Cover cookies with Thinned Royal Icing; sprinkle on Cake Sparkles. Let set. Use full-strength icing to pipe tip 3 outline around edge of cookie; immediately sprinkle on Cake Sparkles. Attach Abby Cadabby Icing Decorations with icing dots. Let set. Place in Abby Cadabby Treat Bags.
