Divide melted candy into 4ths; tint 1/4 pink, 1/4 blue, 1/4 yellow using candy colors.
Divide remaining candy in half and tint black and gray (use a small amount of black candy color for gray).
Using pan, make 1/4 in. deep candy plaques in pink, blue and yellow; refrigerate until firm and unmold.
With melted black candy in cut parchment bag, outline and fill in display area; refrigerate until firm.
With melted gray candy in cut parchment bag, outline display area and pipe buttons.
Cut licorice in 1 in. pieces; attach for antenna with melted candy.
