Instructions:
Step 1
In advance, mold candies: 10 stars using yellow Candy Melts lightened with a little white and desired letters using pink-tinted candy.
Step 2
Bake 36 mini cupcakes and 10 standard cupcakes. Ice standard cupcakes fluffy in white. Ice mini cupcakes fluffy, 15 rose, 12 yellow, 9 violet. Sprinkle white cupcakes with sparkles and mini cupcakes with matching pastel sugars. Arrange cupcakes in rainbow pattern and position candies.
